Day 1: Kelor Island, Menjerite Island, Kalong Island

  • Kelor Island: A small island with a beautiful viewpoint. You can hike to the top for panoramic views of the surrounding islands.
  • Menjerite Island: A lesser-known spot, offering a more secluded and serene atmosphere.
  • Kalong Island: Famous for its flying foxes, this island is a great place to witness these fascinating creatures during sunset.

Day 2: Padar Island, Long Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Takamakasar, Manta Point

  • Padar Island: Known for its iconic viewpoint that offers a breathtaking panorama of three different colored beaches.
  • Long Pink Beach: A unique beach with pink-colored sand, providing an excellent spot for relaxation and snorkeling.
  • Komodo Island: Home to the famous Komodo dragons, a guided trek on the island allows you to see these incredible creatures in their natural habitat.
  • Takamakasar: A spot with crystal-clear waters and vibrant coral reefs, perfect for snorkeling.
  • Manta Point: Ideal for diving or snorkeling to see majestic manta rays.

Day 3: Kanawa Island, Labuan Bajo

  • Kanawa Island: A beautiful coral island with white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, offering excellent snorkeling opportunities.
  • Labuan Bajo: The main gateway to the Komodo National Park. You can explore the local culture, try delicious seafood, and perhaps visit the local market.

Terms & Conditions

1. General

  • By making a reservation with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined below.
  • For any questions regarding our policies, please contact us for detailed information and consultation before booking.
  • We reserve the right to final interpretation of all published information, terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Please inquire about tour availability and schedule with our customer service before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Tour Information

  • Tour Description: You acknowledge that you have read and understood the tour description and limitations as detailed in our brochure/itinerary prior to booking.
  • Boat Issues: If the reserved boat experiences engine or other mechanical problems, we will inform you and offer an alternative boat of the same type, subject to availability.
  • Health Considerations: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, infants (0-2 years old), or individuals prone to seasickness.
  • ID Requirements: A valid ID card number and/or passport number is required to obtain the necessary clearance pass from the harbor master.
  • Age Recommendation: The recommended age range for our Open Trip packages is 12 to 45 years old.
  • Cabin Room Allocation: Cabin room assignments for Open Trip packages are made on a first-come, first-served basis based on the order of reservations.
  • Photography & Video: You agree to be recorded and photographed during the trip. We have the right to use these images and videos for social media content and the promotion of our trips.

3. Deposit & Cancellation

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total trip price is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the trip departure date.
  • Force Majeure: In case of Force Majeure events (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled. No refunds will be provided for unused facilities or any losses/inconveniences incurred by participants. (Force Majeure: an event beyond human control that cannot be avoided, preventing the proper execution of an activity.)
  • Reschedule: Reschedules are permitted only once and must be requested no later than 1 month before the initial trip date.

4. Participant Responsibilities

  • Trip Facilities: Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks. They will be charged accordingly for the cost of replacement.
  • Tour Leader Instructions: Participants must adhere to the instructions of the tour leader during the trip and refrain from making unilateral decisions without our consent.
  • Misconduct: If a participant engages in illegal activities (such as bringing illegal drugs) or disrupts the trip for other participants, we have the right to issue a warning, repatriate the participant, and retain any payments made.

5. Delay or Absence

  • Late Arrival/Absence: If a participant arrives late or is absent on the day of departure for any reason, the entire travel package is non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable.
  • Meeting Point Failure: If a participant fails to comply with the tour guide’s instructions regarding meeting times and locations during the trip, they will be responsible for any additional costs and incurred damages.
  • Withdrawal from Group: We disclaim any responsibility for the consequences caused by a participant’s withdrawal from the group during the trip.
  • Missed Meet-ups: If a participant does not show up at the agreed place and time for a scheduled meet-up during the trip, they will be responsible for any additional costs, and the missed itinerary cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

6. Disclaimer

  • Loss or Damage: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings (money, phone, laptop, etc.) during the trip.
  • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify the order of visits or cancel parts of the itinerary without prior notice, while adhering to the overall program. This may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances such as Komodo National Park authority regulations, weather conditions, time constraints, or the closure of tour sites.
